Withdraw from a purchase
Use this page to tell JAE Music that you wish to withdraw from a paid playlist-promotion purchase. You do not need an account and you do not need to give a reason.
What happens next
- Enter the email address and JAE order reference from your campaign email.
- The time of your request is recorded and an admin alert is queued immediately through Resend. A requester receipt is also queued when the supplied email and order reference match.
- JAE Music reviews the payment date, campaign status, work already performed and the mandatory law that applies.
- You receive a separate response about the outcome and any refund.
If a requester email is sent, it confirms receipt only. It does not automatically approve the withdrawal, promise a refund or say processing is complete.
You can also send an unambiguous withdrawal statement to info@musicbyjae.com. Include the purchase email and order reference so the purchase can be found. Do not send card details, bank-login credentials or passwords.
