Withdraw from a purchase

Use this page to tell JAE Music that you wish to withdraw from a paid playlist-promotion purchase. You do not need an account and you do not need to give a reason.

What happens next

  1. Enter the email address and JAE order reference from your campaign email.
  2. The time of your request is recorded and an admin alert is queued immediately through Resend. A requester receipt is also queued when the supplied email and order reference match.
  3. JAE Music reviews the payment date, campaign status, work already performed and the mandatory law that applies.
  4. You receive a separate response about the outcome and any refund.

You can also send an unambiguous withdrawal statement to info@musicbyjae.com. Include the purchase email and order reference so the purchase can be found. Do not send card details, bank-login credentials or passwords.

This begins with “JAE-” and appears in your campaign emails.
